Build careers, not jobs.
xFusion is hiring experienced support specialists, account managers, and operations people across the Philippines, Kenya, and the United States. We pay a living wage, invest in culture, and place people with clients who actually invest in them.
Four kinds of people we are looking for.
These are the roles we hire for most often. If you do not see a fit but think you belong here, send a note anyway.
Experienced support specialist
You have run a support inbox before, ideally for a software or service business. You write clean replies, you can hold a Zoom call without freezing, and you actually like solving customer problems. We place you with one client and give you a real seat on their team.
Account manager
You lead a group of client accounts, sit in on quarterly reviews, coach agents, and keep our placements going strong. Great people skills, calm under pressure, and a real interest in how the businesses we serve actually work. This role is the heart of what we do.
AI workflows specialist
You build and tune the AI tools that work alongside our agents. Writing AI prompts, light coding, connecting tools together, and turning messy human work into something repeatable. Comfortable with tools like Zapier, OpenAI APIs, and a new CRM you have never used before.
Operations and team lead
You help us run things behind the scenes. Hiring pipelines, onboarding, payroll, internal tools, and the career path our agents follow. The right person here treats operations as a craft, not a chore.
The short version: we run xFusion like the place we always wanted to work.
We pay a living wage, on purpose.
Our agents are paid well above the local market rate for support work. That sounds simple, but in this industry it is rare. It is the single biggest reason our retention numbers do not look like a typical staffing firm.
Culture is a line item, not an afterthought.
We invest in team-building, swag, anniversaries, structured holiday gifting, birthday recognition, and the kind of small things that make a remote job feel like it actually counts. Our account managers spend real time on this.
Most people stay for years, not months.
Most of our team has been here for years, not months. That is the bar we hire to. We are not running a turn-and-burn shop. We are building careers worth keeping, for people who want to grow into senior support, operations, and leadership roles.
We are not a typical call center.
Our agents work with one client at a time. They join that client's daily team meetings, learn the product, and act like part of the team. A typical call center rotates agents across customers and treats them as replaceable parts. We do the opposite.
Not a poster on a wall we do not have. What the team actually does.
We promote from within
Careers here are built, not capped. It is normal to move from your first support role to a senior one in months, not years, when the work earns it.
Always learning, on the company
Every team member gets a quarterly self-improvement budget. People have used it to earn certifications in Salesforce, data science, Python, cybersecurity, Power BI, and more. 'AI-trained' is a completion record, not a slogan.
People stay for years
Some of our client relationships are six years old, and so are the specialists behind them. We pay a real living wage and invest in the culture, so this is a career, not a stopover.
Specialists, not script readers
Our people have built custom ticket-triage workflows, live coverage dashboards, and bespoke tools for client stores, on top of running the queue.
Our mission is a better life for the people who do the work.
We started xFusion to improve quality of life for individuals and families in developing countries by building high-paying, high-autonomy, remote-first careers. That is not a poster in an office we do not have. It is what the team reports back: student loans paid off within months, a cybersecurity course funded and finished, savings set aside for a wedding, and, for one team member, a small piece of land bought to build a future home for their parents.
What people tell us sets the place apart is the trust: no micromanagement, just room to explore your strengths. More than one person has said the job showed them capabilities they never knew they had. That is the point.
Getting in is hard: candidates rate our interview difficulty 4 out of 5 on Glassdoor, and 100% rate the experience positive. We are picky so our clients do not have to be.
Three regions, one team.
Most of our team is in the Philippines, with a growing group in Kenya and a small operations crew in the United States. We hire remote first, and we ship physical swag to every region a few times a year.
Annual in-person team-building happens regionally. Last year, that meant a beach retreat outside Manila and a weekend in Nairobi. The kind of thing people actually post about.

We are always interested in talking to people who care about doing real support work.
Send us a note, even if we are not advertising your role. We read every email.
